Principles that bind us.

This Code of Conduct is prescribed for all employees, including directors of the Company. Every employee must adhere to the guidelines below in conduct and behaviour.

Integrity & Compliance

Every director and employee must act with the highest standards of integrity, in full compliance with applicable laws, RBI guidelines, and internal policies.

Confidentiality

Information about clients, partners and operations must be safeguarded. No confidential information may be used for personal advantage or disclosed without authorization.

Conflict of Interest

Employees must disclose and avoid any situation that conflicts—or appears to conflict—with the interests of the Company or its stakeholders.

Fair Dealing

We deal fairly with customers, suppliers, competitors and employees. No one shall take unfair advantage through manipulation, concealment, or abuse of privileged information.

Anti-Bribery & Corruption

No employee may offer, give, solicit or receive any form of bribe or kickback. We have zero tolerance for corrupt practices.
