Respectful Workplace : Avoid harassment, abusive language, unwelcome behaviour, or unsafe actions within Company premises.
Responsible Use of Assets : Use Company resources, property, and funds responsibly and only for Company purposes.
Health, Safety, and Environment : Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy workplace. Avoid banned substances or unsafe practices.
Financial Integrity : Ensure accurate record-keeping, avoid insider trading, and maintain transparency in financial matters.
Reputation : Act to protect and enhance the Company’s reputation and credibility.
Ethical Culture : Promote a culture of high ethical standards, professionalism, and compliance within the organization.
Reporting Violations : Report any suspected violations of this Code, laws, or regulations without fear of retaliation.
Continuous Improvement : Pursue professional excellence, support colleagues’ development, and contribute positively to the Company’s growth.
